Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.

Final Sale Items

  • All limited stock items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
     

  • All alterations are non-refundable, and any altered products are final sale.
     

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
     

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags intact.
     

Exchanges

  • Exchanges only are available for shirts and promotional gifts.
     

  • Exchange requests must be made after 15 days of purchase and are subject to availability.
     

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements: unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
     

Dissatisfaction Clause

Customer dissatisfaction alone does not qualify an item for a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy. Personal preferences, change of mind, sizing issues, or styling expectations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund. We will, however, try to resolve your issues to your satisfaction.

    • Yes, some items are available to be shipped and will be specified in person or on our website​

    • Processing 1-2 business days

  2. What is the service fee?

    • Delaware is a tax free state but we do charge a small percentage to process credit card and Afterpay payments ​

  3. What is a House Call?

    • Pickup and/or Dropoff service for our customers at an additional fee.​

  4. How long does a custom suit take to receive?

    • 4-6 weeks to create design, 10 business days to ship​

  5. How are you using my persona information?

    • All information provided by the client is confirmed to be true and accurate. Client contact details, sizing, and preferences are collected solely for invoicing, order fulfillment, and service personalization. Customer information is kept confidential and is not shared outside of Kha-Neke Inc. review our Privacy Terms and Conditions for more details.
